Hi, once you have FireFox OR Internet Explorer open, press the key combination Insert + V, this should bring up a settings dialog box. In the search edit box type Page and hit tab, scroll through the list options using your arrow keys. Once you land on a option that says page refresh, check the setting and use the spacebar to toggle through the options and set it to off. Tab and click OK to accept the setting. This should solve this page refreshing problem, let me know how it works out.
