Hello friends, greetings from the Caribbean twin island state of Trinidad and Tobago.
One of our volunteers at the school for the blind is experiencing a problem with her Asa laptop. She is clueless about any of the technical aspects of the machine except that she is using Windows 7 Home which I was able to ascertain. Her problem is that the volume in Youtube is very low and said she believes it has something to do with Adobe Flash player. Does anyone have any idea as to what can be causing her problem? Sorry I don't know more to clarify the problem. This lady is close to her seventies if that matters anything and she is relatively new to computers. I really want to help her but don't know how so if anyone of you have experiences that are similar in nature or have some hints which I could try I would be very much appreciative. Thanks in advance.
