Good evening, Wondered if anyone might be able to give me some advice please. Someone has uploaded files into drop box on their computer for me, and sent me a link, to drop box, not to the specific files. I've found and clicked on a download link, and selected .zip, but can't go any further and don't know why. Any help/advice would be most appreciated. I'm running Jaws 11 and Windows XP.
