I have encountered this same problem in jaws13 and outlook express. I think it's a memory issue. The only thing I've found that helps is to restart the computer. You might get by by restarting jaws. Hope this helps. Bob "roses are red, violets are blue, I'm schizophrenic, And I am too!"
