Hi,
Using Annette's examples, place your starting time in column "A," "A5". Next write 0:15 in B2. Now go to A6, press equals, type $B$2+A5. If you want to auto-fill the other cells, select from A6, down to the cell you want, and press control D. I hope this helps. Thanks,
A

Of course there are always multiple ways to accomplish things in Excel, so
here is one option.

If you want your times in column A to increase by 15 minutes for each entry
in that column, place your starting time in cell A5.
Identify a cell to contain the time increment that you want to increase each
entry by. In your example it is 15 minutes. Let's pick B2 for this, so
enter 0:15 in that cell. Note 1, if you want to increase your times by 90
minutes, you will need to enter 1:30. Note 2, you can place this cell
anywhere in the sheet you want so that it does not have to be so visible.
In cell A6 enter the following formula:
$B$2+A5
Note 3, the use of the dollar signs. By placing a dollar sign before a row
or column reference, it will prevent that value from changing when you copy
and paste the formula into another cell.
Now copy A6 and paste it into cell A7, and each of the cells where you want
the time to increase by 15 minutes from the time above it.
If at some point you want to generate a list of times that increase by a
different value, you just need to change the value in B2, or where ever you
have that value hiding.
Note 4, your times will be displayed in 24 hours format. I do not know how
to accomplish this task and have the times displayed in 12 hour format.

HTH,
Annette

Hi All,

Using JAWS 14, Excel 2010, and Windows 7. Let's say for example in column
A, I have times starting at 9:00 AM. How do I fill in the cells below in
increments of 15 minutes? Thanks in advance!
