Hello Paul, You can try the following. Go to, All programs. Arrow up to, accessories. arrow right to open. Arrow down to, system tools. Arrow right to open. Arrow down to system information. This info can be copied to notepad. I am using windows 7 home. Hope it helps a bit. gaston
