Yes, outlook was easier to use but we have to work with what we have. I really appreciate the info and know it will help me a lot.

However, a couple tricks I have found are that control Y brings up the list of folders to switch to. Actually, I prefer to left shift to enter the file tree. One source of annoyance is the fact that one cannot lets say use the letter I to navigate quickly from one in box to the next. Other than this, it is a pretty normal EMail program to use.
