Yes, outlook was easier to use but we have to work with what we have. I
really appreciate the info and know it will help me a lot.

Hi
Well, to be honest, outlook was an easier program to use. However, a
couple tricks I have found are that control Y brings up the list of folders
to switch to. Actually, I prefer to left shift to enter the file tree. One
source of annoyance is the fact that one cannot lets say use the letter I
to navigate quickly from one in box to the next. Other than this, it is a
pretty normal EMail program to use.
When in the E-Mail list, I up and down arrow to find the E-Mail that I
want, and then press tab to enter it, and shift tab to exit the E-Mail.
     I hope this helps.

God bless,
Mark

I am using W7 and latest jaws and getting a sighted friend to install WLM
for me. I would appreciate any suggestions from WLM users as to
suggestions on how to get started with WLM. I know where to find info on
WLM but there is nothing like first hand experience from someone that has
been there and done that to help get started. On or off list will be fine.
Thanks much,
