Hit the windows key and in the search box type sound, you should hit enter
on the option under control panel. Switch to the Sound tab once the window
opens up, in the combo drop down box choose windows default. Tab around you
should get a checkbox saying play windows start up sound, check it and tab
to OK and hit enter.
