another thing to do is to open the access window, then try control tabbing (I think this is still how it works) and see if you wind up on control sections of the interface window, there should be a tables, queries, and several other parts to this, then you hit insert and w, insert and f1 twice fast, and insert and h to find out what hot keys are made for that particular section.
I haven't worked in access for a very long time, I can only hope this will still give you some good references for it. there should also be some tutorial manuals available from freedom scientific, check on there site.
