once you install the program: 1. go to where the file to be converted is stored. 2. hit the applications key, or shift and f10 to open the applications menu.
3. hit F to move to the entry for format factory 4. when "format factory" shows up in the menu hit enter. 5. when the format factory window pops up, check what format is in the first edit field that you land on, if it's not what you want/need then arrow down until it is your desired format. tab to the ok button and enter (there are other settings, but if you change any of them right now, it will change what these instructions should... say, so keep the rest as is until your used to the program). 6. now hit the alt key, and you will be above the "task" menu, arrow down and you will hear the option to "start converting", enter on this.
