Hello list,
So Im looking for a good gigabit switch for my wireless home network and after browsing around online, Im really not sure as to any particular model. With computers, streaming devices, smartphones and external drives, I want to speed up the transferring of files as it can be painfully slow. Especially when trying to back up and transfer a large amount of stuff. The price difference range wildly from $20 up to the hundreds. Ive read that it doesnt have to be anything fancy and a cheaper 1gb switch will work just fine, but as Ive never really dabbled with gigabit switches Im not too familiar with any brand or models. Does anyone have any experience with certain models and or how easy or not it may be to interact with it and jaws?
