Well thats all well and good, audyssey.org stored passed issues of the mag.
But sadly the mag is basically dead, no one wants do do it anymore and
as it is the forums on audiogames.net basically kill the letters, and
news sections.
I'd be happy to do the mag, but to do it regularly, I really think a
format change is probably in order.
1. news, because of the audiogames.net site and the demise or major
slowdown of the major companies.
The major companies are ofcause gmagames, draconis, usagames, l-works,
pcs games and bavisoft as well as codefactory.
Out of all those.
we do know companies like tdl and xl studios are no more and with tom
being dead usagames is no more well technically there is a ghost of it
at usagames.us which encourages you to gamble so I guess tom has a small
ghost hanging round.
With that asside, bavisoft died and code factory pulled out some years back.
Esp is no more, gma and draconis are still doing something.
With jim kitchen gone and pcs and draconis status unknown as well as
gma, and with l-works with liam working or with whatever issue he has
right now with health according to twitter, point is right now every
core company is either dead, shut down or on holiday.
We have some of the japanese games and such, audyssey was ment to
discuss interactive fiction.
And not much of that is talked about these days, so basically dead.
The industry as it was is no more.
Its fragmented into a lot of small groups, some exist and go away and
some come and stay up.
The only big company known to be still semi active is vgstorm valient
galaxy and maybe l-works to an extent.
Over that from time to time one hacker or other tries to make his way
into the system and put out his stuff.
While a lot of it is good most isn't and nothing is constant as it used
to be.
People use audiogames.net for reviews and the like, the old format would
have to change on the mag.
Ie expanding it from audiogames text games, web games, muds, and such to
sighted games that can be played with others and that sort of thing.
I don't know who is doing the mag, but if you need or want to give it to
me I'll take it.
My only question is what do we do with it.
Or do users want it to be dead.
If that is the case, then somehow we need to mirror the audyssey magazine.
Unless anyone has any objections if its going to be static why don't we
just archive it on the internet archive, its offsite and we can add to
it as we wish I guess.

The list was on a domain that expired, and due to the resources
required, to maintain it on the infrastructure it was on, it needed to
be moved offsite since I was the only one maintaining it even after I'd
asked in the past 3 month's for help, nobody stepped up, so this was
the result of nobody stepping up. It's on an offsite location. I'll
continue to be it's list owner, but it's not being ran on resources
maintained by my company no longer and it's a cheeper way to run the list.
