HI all I have resolved my problem. Because I get lots of annoying calls from call centres wanting to sell me stuff, I had my phone constantly in airplane mode. That's why the game freezes if I use more than one life raft. Now that I have my phone out of airplane mode while playing the game, life rafts works fine for me.
