Hello, first, you have to download the game, then the update. The background sounds have to be downloaded separately, as well as the dispatchers in another language. If there's an update for the airports list, the game should ask you and download it, but on my machine, I had to download this separately, too. The game said it was downloaded, but it wasn't.
