s p o i l e r s p a c e The number of manamon to remember to get the door open is 6 or more. So after you've gotten 6, you can either end it quickly to keep going if you feel like it, but either way the door will be open. There's also a round of spacemon to unlock one of the doors, of which I don't know the number of ships you need to destroy but you don't really need to know that, since it's easy enough to just keep going through that game until you can't keep up. The slot machine is rigged in your favor when unlocking the door, and will always give you 3 of a kind, talk about luck!
