While they might not both be necessary, I have both the general interactive fiction, and, the winfrotz-specific NVDA add-ons installed that I got hold of from this unofficial NVDA add-on repository:

Since it's not the official NVDA add-on site, it's pretty much up to you if you want to try use these, but, otherwise, winfrotz 1.16 can offer a self-voicing option, but, with these add-ons, I can actually review text output quite nicely using NVDA's object navigation, etc.

Winfrotz 1.16 works fine on either my windows 7, or windows 10 64 bit

machine, either with it's own self-voicing option turned on, or using

NVDA, along with a couple of NVDA add-ons.
