Mattias,
I just looked at the instructions and it says,
Screen readers currently supported are: JAWS, NVDA, WindowEyes,  System Access, 
and Dolphin's supernova/HAL.
So it should work for NVDA
You'll have to contact David Greenwood directly.

  What screen reader are you using?

  I think Windoweyes and JAWS are the only ones it was designed for.

    Mattias,

    Just to make sure you are doing it correctly,

    In the f1 options do you arrow down to screen reader, hit space bar to 

    select it,

    then you should arrow down to save settings and hit space bar to

    save your choice.
