To take off do the following,
Open hanger with control o.
Close cockpit door, alt o.
Buckle seatbelt control b.
Start engines page up page down
Now press control shift k to turn on flight computer. 
Control shift t turn on and off transponder turn that on
Control shift f turn on walkee talkee flight communicator. F to read frequency, 
alt f enter frequency, alt t enter squawk, tower frequency only. 
Now press control shift p turn on pressurization
Control shift q turn on temperature control
Control shift c turn on TCAS collision alert system.
Control shift s, storm radar on off.
Control shift v ventilation on off.
Make sure its all on.
Now shift f, shift b, shift s, front lights and back lights and indoor lights 
turn them on.
Leave hanger. Go to parking position. Position fuel up control shift e. 
Shift f1 to get gate directions if taking passengers.
Go to gate, board passengers, back away, go to assigned runway after entering 
tower frequency.
Turn onto runway. Get takeoff clearance. Speed up, when nearing takeoff speed 
then you can raise up nose and take off.
