Forget the gpd. Get the asus transformer book for even cheaper, better
batterylife and the same speed at a fraction of the cost. I have the
first generation that's approaching 5 years old now and it's still
working wonderfully.

I'm trying not to laugh. I'm sorry, but that's next to impossible. I
don't know if you can even get Mono running on Android (Mono is the
opensource equivalent to the .net framework for Linux) and even if you
could, there is no Android equivalent to directx, or Mac equivalent,
or Linux equivalent. Converting a game engine for a game 5 years in
the making to use a different audio library is bad enough. But a
complete rewrite for a totally different platform that's not even on
the same playing field as Windows? just not realistic. Get yourself a
gpd-win if you want a portable and pretty decent gaming rig. Also,
desktop virtualization seems to be coming to Android phones and
tablets sooner than we think. We are seeing a fair few mobile devices
with 6gb of ram. I'd say the future's looking on the up and up as far
as desktop gaming on mobile.
