I upgraded to level 13 at a cost of 325 gems. When I did that originally, I checked the cost for the next level and it was 350 gems. A little earlier tonight I discovered the cost to get to the next level was changed from 350 gems to 1,500 gems. This will take a long time to get to the next level with gems probably only slightly shorter than with other resources. I figured out for that star wars video, swipe all the way to the left of the screen then split tap to get the gem or gems for that video.
