Unlike a lot of other RPG titles, A Hero's Call does not have stats you can set and forget. Of course, a warrior needs strength and constitution. That's not only bog standard, it's typical. However, a warrior also needs agility so his attacks will connect consistently with the enemy. She needs dexterity to parry incoming attacks. (At least according to my memory.) Agility also works with strength to create a faster warrior, one who gets more turns to attack. But then, you have magic and intelligence. Traditionally, warriors don't really need these stats. But magic offers magical resistance, which becomes more and more useful, as many enemies in the game use magical spells. I can't remember what use intelligence has for a warrior, but it does factor, I think, into the functions of the character.
