Oh man, believe me, this thing I'm about to mention is really old, but
also is really gold.
There was a game called Star Trek Final Conflict which I believe was
just what you're after.
However they say it won't run on anything above Windows XP. I'm not
sure, though, since I haven't tried it myself.
