Yes unfortunately all of these new things are proving too difficult for me to grasp or something! I have decided to stick with this old computer, with Gmud on it and just play my Legend game on it until I can’t anymore. Thanks for all the help but Mush Client seemed to be more directed at another Mud game and I really just want something I can get into Legend mud with easily. Even though I installed the Mush client when I went to help menus in the menus and pressed enter on it Microsoft Edge couldn’t open the help file and it was doing that kind of thing when I was trying to use Gmud as well, so is it actually working correctly with Windows 10? Anyhow thanks if there are any other suggestions I am more than happy to listen, but for now, dragging out this older computer seems the easiest thing for me to do.

It's incredibly easy to use once you install mushReader, and if you want good sound support, lua audio. On the other hand, it's also got a huge number of advanced features, so it's good for everything from basic use to all kinds of crazy testing situations (I once connected to an email server with it). I'd definitely say use mushClient, hands down. From everything I've heard it's far more versatile than vip mud, and from personal experience it's one of the most useful pieces of software to have around. It will work with any screen reader if you install the mushReader plugin, either obtained from allinaccess.com, or if you feel like trying out a swords and horses fantasy game as well, you can get it (and a number of other useful ones) included in Mush-z for Alter Aeon, from mush-z.com. I am brand new back to this group. I was here years and years ago but am only just back now. I have just received a new HP Laptop an it has Windows 10 on it. This is great except I have been playing a mud called Legend for over 20 years. I used Gmud to play it. For the past few weeks I have been trying to get a mud client that is as similar to gmud as I can get, but am having no luck. I have been trying out VIP but I am not sure if it is right for me. I only want to make two triggers that I use in the game, to get sound when certain things happen and try as I might, I just can not get them to work on vIP. Please, can anyone recommend a simple to use, very similar to Gmud client I can try out with my Windows 10 computer?
