For me, it only works with the screen reader on, and you do a left mouse clip when he talks about the human ear; the first thing he talks about is the heart, then he talks about nine or ten other things with each press of enter, and when you finally get to a line like, "Our Father who aren't in heaven, this is not a stone, this is a human ear! Only a demon could do this!" you use left mouse button instead of enter.
