I have the full version, but I believe you can, yes. The demo
limitations say you can get up to the third stadium, so even if the
stadium here is the 3rd, you should still be able to get to the city at
least.

So there's three rooms I think, all split off by water. I know in one
room you have to flip a switch to get the boat down into the water to
cross into the third room. If I recall, one of those rooms has a switch
you need to lower a force field, too. Switches seem to be a common theme
in this game.
Oh, something I forgot in my last message, in shadow canyon. The
skelitten is just, wrong! I mean it's bad enough you've got an undead
but really cue kitten thing, but the meows are just creepy!

Go up to the water and just hold down your arrow key. It'll eventually
