An interesting trick I used to beat the ghost is to change your party to
have less type variety. The ghost only synchronize with types you have
at least one attack + always the standard type. In my case I made a
party only with fire and air types, but you can take whatever you want.
The only disadvantage of this trick is that your main party don't get
the xp then.
