For all those wandering about nvda 2019.3, look at this.

So for all that need it, this has been updated.
Included updates are german language addition, the program supports nvda
2019.3 and has a newer and current older branch.
In addition all translations so far collected are inside the addon
meaning for all the games we have so far, you don't need to be on the net.
Of course you really do need to be online for the latest translations,
but at least things are up to date now.
