It's in a github repository and I think maybe you're correct I think
last commit was in 2017.  https://github.com/lilmike/tintin-alteraeon
for anyone else interested in the package.  No building is needed once
git clone is run just make sure tintin and sox are installed.  After
that, to run it get into the ~/tintin-alteraeon directory and run tt++
aa.tin.  I got it working with the exception of the background sounds
not playing.
