I have a handheld slot maching game that I bought at Radio Shack about 20 years ago that is accessible. All you need is a way to keep track of the accumulated score. I use an abacus. It operates on 1 AAA battery. I do not know is such games are still made. Radio Shack is no longer in business, but they may be being sold elsewhere.
