In my experience, newbies are helped out quite a bit. Once you get
beyond the newbie stage though, the bullies come out to play.
The pirates/bullies like to steal ships from unsuspecting characters or
even strand them somewhere. The administration has no problem with this,
though there are limits to how long you can be stranded.
So basically, if you enjoy/can handle PVP even if you didn't start it,
go for it. The coding on that game is excellent.
If you're like me though, and don't appreciate being picked on when you
didn't even do anything, don't bother. Cosmic Rage is a better option in
that case.
