Hi Kelly,

I’ve not messed with this personally, but I believe there is a process you need 
to follow once you’ve connected your dongle. If you go to the start menu and 
search for “devices,” or “bluetooth,” you will be able to add a device. From 
there, there’s a selection for “Everything else,” which explicitly mentions the 
Xbox controller as one of the options it caters for.
