Heh, I have the opposite problem. I have two different IOS devices, and
each one has it's own version of the game. I can't get them to combine
into one game. One is about 2 resets behind the other one, and saving
and reloading from the server doesn't help, each device simply reloads
the game it had been playing, no matter which one does the saving. I
thought your id only had a single save point, but this doesn't appear to
be the case.
But, to reset the game, you need to go into your options, clear
everything, then reload the game from the server, when it doesn't find
anything there, it should restart from scratch. That's a lot of work
though, so I'd not do that unless you're absolutely sure that's what you
want to do.

I reached the final level of expansion and before the update you could
still take on crafting things but now it ask if I want to ascend but
will not give a new set of quest.
It says you have completed a few quest and you should reset your game
to peap your new rewards but It does not do it, its seems to be stuck
LOL.
Just wondered if any one knew how to just start over with a new game.
I did it once but cannot for the life of me recall how I did it.
