Hi all,

Happy new year, and thank you all for your recommendations. A kind individual has helped me access the game, and my somewhat redundant party of necromancers is now on the 15th floor. Balance seems a little wonky in the midgame, my characters pretty much have infinite magic points and have maxed their more useful skills, but I'm excited to see what's at the end of the dungeon.

I've played A Dark Room and quite enjoyed it, it's a great example of resource management and just a good game overall. I'd say that and King of Dragon Pass are my favorite accessible games.

Happy blind gaming in 2021, friends!

Best,
Patrick

Hi,

If you enjoy resource management and combat, A mobile game I would recommend is ‘A dark room’, it’s got some elements of an RPG and also a resource management game too, it’s a little hard to put it into a specific genre of game though. It seems really basic when you first open it, but the game expands as you get further in. it has a mixture of exploration, combat and strategy. Personally I got a lot of enjoyment out of the game. It’s an iOS game, it used to cost 0.99p/cent , but I think might be free nowadays. it’s possible it’s also on Android too, but I’m
not sure about that since I only have an iPhone.

On the subject of resource management games, you might want to look into some of Aprone's
titles, if you haven't already played them.

Hi all, Hope you're all having a good end to a not-so-good year. Recently, I played through the demo version of Entombed, and, though the game is supposedly free now, the developer did not implement the free functionality, and also does not, or only very occasionally, reads the email associated with the game. (I've also tried him at another account for mobile games with no success.) I really want to play more of this game during the short amount of vacation I have. I am willing to pay $40 for credentials (username and password) to the game. Since I'd like to unlock some of the classes myself, I'll pay a further $10 if fewer than half the classes have been unlocked. Once the credentials are confirmed to work, I'll send the money through Venmo. I know this is a bit of a long shot, but am going to try anyway. If people also want to respond with blind-friendly RPGs to try, well, I'll take that, too. I've played Kerkerkruip and Manamon 2. Not really a fan of the action-oriented audiogames with a fantasy theme, would prefer something with an optimization or resource management element. Thanks, all. Best, Patrick .
