[blind-gamers] king of dragon pass accessible?

Is this self-voicing where you turn talkback off to get accessibility?  If 
not, all this game does is play music and has no text on the screen once 
it starts.  That puts it in my inaccessible games category for talkback 
use if so.  That being the case, I need to put in for a refund shortly and 
write a review warning other talkback users away from this game and this 
developer.
