Hi I was just wondering why there are some of Mathius's skills I can't
seem to upgrade when I'm leveling him up for example there's no option
to let me increase the quick draw or ranged strike abilities, and the
only things he has which are upgradable don't seem very helpful within
battle. Any advice for how best to upgrade the ranger?
