Good evening everyone,
Today I worked with our Xbox to update its firmware, and to
find out what Web browser runs on it. The recent update includes Microsoft
Edge. I’m running into a situation where I can’t exit apps simply by pressing
the “Back” button on the diamond. The only way I could close some of these apps
down was to shut the entire system down and restart. Using the “Back” button
does works with apps such as Amazon Prime Video and a few others. If someone
could tell me the correct commands to close down apps on the Xbox that will be
very much appreciated.
