True. There's a couple of spells that just don't track to player characters, which is a bummer. Patrick, they do have a lot of hit points, but one of them is also a healer that can cast regeneration, and if regeneration is on, they can take many times the punishment, because they regain so many hp per turn. It's why I save up slow and haste scrolls, because slowing the bosses down helps with defeating them.
