If you don't have a copy of visual basic, you can't compile it.
Best you can do is convert it to another language for a compiler you do
have, but unless you're an experienced programmer, that isn't a very
easy task.
I think in this case, you're a bit stuck.
Someone else might be able to compile it for you, and repost it for you
to download, but otherwise, you'll need to give this one a pass.

IN the air hockey folder there is the following files:
A folder with the game's sounds
A file called air hockey.vbp
A file called air hockey.vbw
A file called DirectInput.bas
A file called DirectSound.bas
A file called MainForm.frm
And then there are text files teaching you how to program in vb.
