Hi! I'm drawing a blank on the names of places right now, but if you go to the town where the castle is, go to the water at the north, then go east. There is some sort of little cave with a conveyor belt. Go east of that, and you should be able to find the diving gear in a chest along the south wall. I think I'm remembering that correctly. Sorry that I'm drawing a blank on the name of the town at the moment.
