Well, I have John to thank for his help to unlock the games. I still don't know why I can't unlock the games. I was hoping to be able to independently be able to unlock the games, so that I may be able to return the favor to another blind gamer. But I still need to thank John for his help. I'm still slowly reinstalling everything onto my new 32 gig of memory 500 something H.P. computer that's running win 10 and will be running win 11 when it comes down the pike. Ron
