I have found that a lot of the quests from that castle are for demo sharks. You may want to just keep it and work on other quests from other places and go fishing for those sharks if you have not killed 1000 of them yet. The spot you want will not show up until you kill 1000 sharks. I have done that and am now going to work on the dragons. I don't have many of them because I have been avoiding them before this.
