Hi, assuming I'm thinking of the right area, just near endira? it can take a while, especially if someone else has been there, it's not an instance, so needs to reset. The box your after, assuming you've activated the quest, 😊 is in the south west area of the lagoon, near some rocks. You'll need to 'search' to see it.
