Sorry but I can't answer either question. Hopefully someone else on the list can explain in detail what, if any, settings need changing by either trading partner.
My question is does anything special happen when you beat the master stadium. I’m gosting up a water type to replace Arctana, so that’s gonna take a while.
Still trying to figure out the trading thing. I have figured out that whoever we trade with, the other person will need the IP address, but I don’t know if I need to modify any settings.

Yes, you have to upgrade the stadium manually by talking to a guy in the stadium who.
