I put a question in the tech channel for you. If one or more developers of that package are still on the tech channel it may take a couple days and I may get a tell explaining how to find and start the client. If that happens, I'll get back to you. It's possible Windows may be hiding the client for security reasons. In the site where you downloaded the package did you find any README.md files?
