From what I can find online Nexus doesn't have any mention of screen reader support, though apparently the client runs in your browser, which I find puzzling since it looks like a separate app to me. At any rate, I didn't feel like giving them email info just to play a character in a world I care nothing about. As for Valshara, my other contender, I could enter Alter's connection info just fine but it wouldn't actually connect. So it looks like I'll be watching rather than playing; I've uninstalled both clients from my notetaker. Thanks for all the tips over the years, everyone.
