Unfortunately, you have to use its built in screen reader which is Narrator.

Narrator is very laggy at times when going through the menus, and even though my system is not that old, I have sound issues when running it. I have gone back to P3d 4.5 for now and will go back to MSFS once I have a new computer. The information says it will also run on other platforms including Desktops. There is supposed to be in-app narration but does it work with the Microsoft Narrator and JAWS for Windows on a Desktop, or with Voiceover and Google Screen Readers and Amazon’s VoiceView? Some accounts of your high flying adventures with the Microsoft Flight Simulator from a blindness perspective will be very much appreciated.
