HI, My way of working the research is to jut change one at a time. If it goes red I know its right. White means it is in the solution. I keep changing mostly just one at a time till its done. Works for me. If you change more than one and you get a white then you have to figure out what one it is referring to.
For instance, just now I did this. When it first comes up I press guess. Showed I had no alpha's. I went to #4 and changed that to beta, and guessed and got 1 red. So on to #3 and changed that to beta with no color changes. Then beta became Gamma and no changes. So changed gamma to delta and again no changes. So now delta became epsilon got another red. So this means 3 and 4 are correct. So then I moved on to #2 and changed that to epsilon since I had no whites before to tell me any different. Well behold I also got no color changes. So then I changed 1 and 2 both to zeta and research was complete.
