The map and item database need to be downloaded separately, running
bash/install.sh
should handle that. If that doesn't work,
bash/update.sh
might fix it.

The apothecary gardens are north of the river: from the Drum, you first go
north a bit and use the Contract bridge or the Brass bridge to get to the Isle
of Gods. Go all the way north on the Isle, then pass the Salis street bridge,
and you should be outside the garden. (There are two bridges at the north end
of the Isle, the Salis street bridge is the west one, the King's bridge just
east of that)
