Yes, you actually can play Beyond Zork as a blind player, but you'll need a 
program such as Windowsfrotz or any other version for your preferred system. 
Then you can use the actual data file from Beyond Zork and load that into a 
version of Frotz. The graphics in the DOS version won't be a problem when 
playing the data file directly.

I think you can do the same with Zork Zero.

Hugecave, on the other hand, is an expansion of the original adventure game by 
Crowther & Woods, there's also another, maybe more cannonical if you will, 
version of that game for many platforms called Adventure 770.

Unfortunately beyond zork was never produced in a text version.  The
graphics freaks took over which is why that game was never accessible.  A
game on the internet called hugecave is available and that doubles the
adventure available in the original zork adventures.
