Now before I get shouted at possibly by the moderators of this group,
what I'm writing about I know is a beta version!
I have downloaded the beta version of Eurofly three.
However, I'm having a very strange problem and I don't know how to fix it.
I am using SAPI5 eloquence from computer room services as my default
text to speech and of course for NVDA the latest version of that.
When I launch the beta of Eurofly three, if I go into the voice part to
configure it, when I click the OK button I am receiving the following
very strange message.
Themida, Cannot find LocaleCommon.dll. Please, re-install this
application. OK button.
This message also happens if I click the sample button.
But it also happens even if I change the voice from Eloquence to
Microsoft Hazel for example.
But if I leave it as Eloquence, if I click OK to come out of the
settings part, it then says cannot load voice. No matching voice is
installed or the voice is disabled.
But then the next time I try to start the beta up, this very strange
message keeps coming up.
Themida, not responding.
The only way I can get out of this situation then is to go into task
manager and force end Eurofly32.exe
I am using Windows11 Home edition, all the latest Windows updates and
the latest up to date version of NVDA.
The only way I can get the beta of Eurofly working again after this
themida, not responding message is to delete the eurofly3.ini file,
which of course resets everything back to default!
Please has anyone on here ever come across these messages? If yes is
there any fix?
